Analysing where you store your fat can tell us a lot about your metabolic and hormonal health. Why ‘results’ mean more than a six-pack

Only around 30% of our clients come to us wanting six-pack abs. For everyone else, it’s a nice bonus – but the real benefit comes from the dramatic improvements in metrics of health across the board that they experience along their journey,

This can be objective health measures, such as vast improvements in blood pressure, cholesterol levels, or blood sugar management. Or it can mean more subjective measures such as elevated mood, energy levels, and confidence.

Our collaborative studies with researchers from Cambridge University and Addenbrooke’s Hospital are only just beginning to scratch the surface of the health benefits that our training and nutrition protocols can bring. 

Here are a few preliminary findings from the data:

Blood pressure

Over an average time of 96 days, hypertensive clients in the pilot study reduced their blood pressure significantly. 

Systolic blood pressure dropped by an average of 20.7 mmHg.

Body mass index

Over a 12-week period, the average client experienced a reduction in BMI from ‘overweight’ to ‘normal’ range.

From a study of 1,023 participating clients, average self-reported mood scores on a scale of 0-7 improved by 16%.
