How much does personal training cost?

The cost of a one-to-one personal training package varies depending on your location, the time of day you would like to train, session frequency, and your total package length

As a result, each training package is designed bespoke for each client. However, we reward loyalty by offering discount on large packages.

What does a typical training session with Ultimate Performance involve?

During your first session, your trainer will run through a 90-minute consultation, which involves a body composition assessment, followed by a gym-floor movement screening.

This provides vital information that your personal trainer will use to develop your unique training and nutrition plan. Once the program is underway, each session involves a brief review of your progress before getting stuck into a challenging training session that pushes you to the limits of your abilities. 

We don’t waste your investment in us by watching you warm up on a treadmill or spending half of your session stretching. We make use of every single minute, focusing on targeted movements that leverage resistance training to provide unrivalled body composition results. 

Why is personal training important?

How long does a personal training session last?

Personal training sessions vary between locations but, generally speaking, each session lasts between 45-60 minutes. 

How many times a week should I train with my personal trainer?

How frequently you train completely depends on your lifestyle, budget and preferences. However, most of our clients train three to four times per week, allowing us to maximise progression with effective recovery. 

Will I be advised on diet and supplements during my training?

How long will I need to train with a personal trainer?

While some clients choose to train for the duration of their initial goalit’s not unusual for clients to continue training with Ultimate Performance as a long-term commitment to their health and fitness
