A pharmacist by profession, he took care of himself and consciously led a healthy lifestyle, but recently, he felt there was room for improvement.

“I thought I would become bigger, but we started with losing weight by losing fat.
“Now I keep track of my food intake, I hardly drink any alcohol and I am drinking more water.”
