What was your lifestyle like before your transformation?

Before I came to U.P. I didn’t have a healthy lifestyle because I used to work a lot. I was sitting on a chair the whole day in front of my computer, and I didn’t have time to train or eat healthily.

I was just gaining weight progressively through the years. I always knew I wanted to drop my weight, but I could never find the proper structure. I’ve had many trainers in the past and I’ve tried a lot of diets, but nothing was really working because I was basically on my own.

I needed to find someone who would be able to follow up daily and who would advise on the food and the training. This is what I have found at U.P.

 

 

What was your motivation to partner with U.P.?

I saw one of my friend’s transformations at U.P, and I knew straight away that I wanted to start my own. It took me six months before I signed up because I didn’t think I would be able to do it.

I thought it would be too hard for me because I was not used to training. But that wasn’t the case at all. I saw results in two or three weeks which was a fantastic feeling.

All the efforts and the sacrifices were worth it, and I noticed my plan was working, which really motivated me.

 

 

Now that you’ve completed your transformation, how do you feel about yourself?

I’m very proud because when I came to U.P., I just wanted to get my old body back. When I look back at old pictures of myself, I realise that I have become leaner than ever before.

That was a big achievement for me because I have never been in this shape in my entire life. I’ve also bumped into former colleagues who didn’t recognise me – even some of my family members didn’t.

I have some family who live in Paris, and I hadn’t seen them for a while. When they saw me, they were completely shocked, but in a good way! They’re also very proud of the progress I’ve made.

 

 

What would you say to people thinking about beginning their own body transformation with U.P.?

I would tell them to join. Honestly, it’s the best decision I have ever taken for my health. It’s a life-changing experience that has delivered not just physical changes, but also mental changes.

Now I train regularly, I have come to enjoy it. I have also changed my habits. I eat healthier, sleep better and most importantly I feel confident again. So, I would definitely recommend U.P. It’s the best place for the big personal achievements.
