47-year-old commercial director Naomi was weighed down with emotional stress.

What motivated you to partner with Ultimate Performance?
I gained a lot of weight when I was going through a separation with my partner. I decided that I didn’t want to deal with the stress of it through drinking. So, I reached out to U.P. and enrolled to try and get in shape.
What physical results did you achieve working with your trainer?
I’ve lost 9.7kg of body weight and can now do 10 chin-ups, which is incredible because I’ve never done one chin-up in my life. I can also do over 30 push-ups. My transformation has meant I’ve had to get brand-new clothes because none of them fit me anymore. I’ve dropped around three to four dress sizes and feel the best at 47 since my early 30s.
Has your life changed now that your transformation is complete?
I think the main changes are reflected in my lifestyle. The whole experience has changed my typical routine. I started to cook more, became more active and cleaned up my diet. I tracked all my food which motivated me to eat healthily. The whole experience also really helped me get out more and get back to nature.
What would you say to people who are sceptical about starting their own transformation with U.P.?
