What was your motivation to start training with U.P.?
My motivation to start training with U.P. was I realised the importance of personal health and how it can affect me. My brother, who is two years older than me, suffered a stroke that affected my family a lot.
At a similar time, I got a health report, and it actually showed my cholesterol levels were extremely high. My doctor was adamant that I needed to go on medication, but I spoke to him and said, “give me three months to work out my health.” That was the motivation I needed to take control of my health.
What impact has your transformation had on your cholesterol levels?
I’m delighted that my transformation has helped me reduce my cholesterol over such a short period of time.
Even my doctors commented that it’s a very good improvement for just 13 weeks. My trainer has adjusted my diet along the way and the training program has really helped me. I felt my cholesterol was getting better, which was cemented by my health report.
Overall, how has this transformation affected your life?
I have dropped around 20lbs in weight throughout my transformation and gained an incredible amount of muscle mass. I have also developed so many new habits that have helped me, such as eating wisely and exercising well.
All these new habits have changed me. I feel sharper, lighter and confident I can take care of my body moving forward. U.P. gave me the tools to move forward with a healthy life.
How did your wife and daughter feel after seeing the changes you made to your lifestyle?
My wife shared the same joy as me. She has noticed the physical changes and my improved emotional state throughout my transformation.
She said that I am the fittest I’ve ever been since we got married five years ago. She’s also happy that I can start to wear clothes in my wardrobe that never used to fit me. Overall, she has told me that I’m a happier person and much more cheerful.
My daughter is only two, so she doesn’t understand what I’m doing. But I now have days off and feel a lot fitter, so I spend a lot more time with my family.

I would describe my trainer as a very dedicated and passionate person. There are a lot of people out there, for example, celebrities and fitness influencers, that share training tips and tricks.
Sometimes you feel lost and don’t know where to start. That’s where my trainer came in to help me filter out all this information and teach me what works best for my body.
